Refund Policy

All goods sold by Cold Fusion Nitrous are intended for racing or high-performance applications. Due to the nature of these products, warranties are not provided, and refunds are limited. Please ensure the product suits your application before purchasing.

We have a 14-day return policy for unopened products, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all original packaging and components intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be processed less any associated fees from the sale (e.g., transaction fees).

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@coldfusionnitrous.au. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of racing and performance parts, we do not accept returns on items that have been installed or used. Custom-ordered parts and electrical components once installed are also non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item in its unopened condition, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
