How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online and monitor its progress until it reaches your door.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept return merchandise with a 14% restocking fee.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
